1. Introduction

ZeinaCare is an online parapharmacy offering skincare, haircare, baby care, wellness, and health-related products. The content on this website is for informational and commercial purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.

By shopping on ZeinaCare, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.


2. Eligibility to Use the Website

To make purchases on ZeinaCare:

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and updated account information.
  • You must not use ZeinaCare for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

ZeinaCare reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if misuse is suspected.


3. Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists. However:

  • Packaging may occasionally differ due to brand updates.
  • Stock availability may change without prior notice.
  • Prices can be modified at any time due to supplier updates, promotions, or operational adjustments.

In case of accidental pricing or information errors, ZeinaCare reserves the right to correct or cancel the affected order.


4. Medical & Consultation Disclaimer 

ZeinaCare provides professional pharmacist consultations to help guide customers in choosing suitable skincare, haircare, wellness, and baby-care products. Our pharmacists can:

However, it is important to understand the following:

5. Orders & Payment

When an order is placed:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.
  • Payment is processed securely online or as Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
  • ZeinaCare reserves the right to limit quantities on promotional offers, gift-with-purchase items, or bundles to prevent abuse.

Orders with unusually high quantities may be reviewed or adjusted to ensure fairness for all customers.


6. Delivery & Shipping

ZeinaCare ships orders through trusted logistics partners.

  • Standard delivery times vary between 2–5 business days, depending on the region and courier load.
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, weather interruptions, or courier issues.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Once a package is shipped, ZeinaCare is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.


7. Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

For health and safety reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The item arrived damaged,
  • The wrong product was sent,
  • The package is unopened and in original condition.

Refunds are processed after ZeinaCare receives and inspects the returned item.

Order cancellations:

  • Can be requested before dispatch.
  • Cannot be guaranteed once the package is shipped.

ZeinaCare frequently offers promotions such as:

  • Locked bundles (“key” or “password” access promotions)

All promotions:

  • Are valid only for the period stated.
  • Cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.

ZeinaCare may adjust or discontinue promotions at any time without notice.


9. Loyalty Programs & Reward Points

ZeinaCare may offer loyalty points or membership rewards.

  • Points have no cash value.
  • Points cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the ZeinaCare website.
  • ZeinaCare may modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.

10. User Reviews & Submissions

By submitting reviews, comments, or photos:

  • You grant ZeinaCare the right to use them for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
  • You confirm that your content is truthful and does not violate the rights of others.

Fake, abusive, or misleading reviews may be removed.


11. Limitation of Liability

ZeinaCare is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products,
  • Delivery delays caused by couriers,
  • Losses due to inaccurate address submission.
  • Your use of ZeinaCare is at your own risk.

13. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

ZeinaCare may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Golden Ticket Competition Terms

ZeinaCare may run promotional giveaways such as the Golden Ticket Competition, in which one eligible participant may win a 1-year supply of skincare with a maximum total value of $600, calculated based on public retail prices listed on zeinacare.com at the time of product selection. Participation is open to residents of Lebanon aged 18 or older, excluding ZeinaCare employees and their immediate families. Entry mechanics, selection criteria, and participation requirements will be described in the promotional announcement, and ZeinaCare reserves the right to modify these mechanics at any time. The winner will be randomly selected from valid entries and will be contacted through the phone number or email provided; failure to respond within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and must be redeemed within 12 months of winner announcement; unused credit does not roll over and must be used only on in-stock products available on zeinacare.com. ZeinaCare reserves the right to limit bulk or excessive product quantities to protect stock availability and customer fairness. Any suspected fraudulent entries, misuse, or violations of campaign rules may lead to disqualification. ZeinaCare may update, pause, or cancel the competition due to technical, legal, or operational reasons, and is not liable for delays, failed entries, or product unavailability.
