**ACTYMINE** provides zinc, which helps maintain normal skin health, along with vitamin C to support collagen formation and regeneration of reduced vitamin E. Vitamins C and E, together with zinc and selenium, also help protect cells from oxidative stress. ACTYMINE is recommended before intense sun exposure or cosmetic procedures and is suitable for dry skin, unbalanced diets, post-partum periods, and during peri-menopause or menopause.

Take 1 capsule per day at any time for 1 to 3 months; the program can be renewed. For sun exposure, take 2 capsules per day starting 15 days before exposure and continue throughout, then 1–2 capsules per day for one month afterward. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. There are no contraindications for pregnant or breastfeeding women, but they should consult a healthcare professional before use. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
