The Puressentiel Bite & Sting Spray provides dual action by both repelling and soothing insect bites. Its repellent effect comes from Citriodiol®, a plant-based ingredient derived from lemon eucalyptus essential oil, which effectively keeps mosquitoes, ticks, and sandflies away in temperate and tropical regions. At the same time, the spray soothes bites immediately thanks to a blend of five essential oils, including Tea Tree, Citronella Java, Lavandin Grosso, Niaouli, and Peppermint. It offers protection against diseases such as Zika, malaria, dengue, yellow fever, chikungunya, and Lyme disease, with laboratory-tested efficacy lasting up to 7 hours for tiger and common house mosquitoes, 6.5 hours for tropical mosquitoes, and 5 hours for ticks, though swimming or sweating may reduce effectiveness. The spray is free from propellant gas and neurotoxic insect repellents, and all efficacy and environmental safety tests comply with current regulations.
How to use
Shake the Puressentiel Bite & Sting Spray well before use and apply evenly over the body with about six sprays. For the face, spray once onto your hands and gently apply to the cheeks and forehead. Reapply if needed, but do not exceed three applications per day, and always wash hands thoroughly afterward. After swimming or sweating, reapplication is recommended. For children over 30 months, limit usage to no more than seven sprays per day, with each spray delivering 0.18 ml.
