Anti-aging food supplement based on a highly purified high dose (1000 mg) per tablet of Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen type I & III (from FISH). Collagen is the main protein in the connective tissue of our body. There are many types of Collagen in the human body: 75% of the skin consists of Collagen type I and III, that guarantee skin tone, elasticity and resistance. Type III Collagen is the second most abundant type of Collagen in the human body, but it is the first to decrease with age: its supply is therefore very important to help restore skin elasticity.

"* Under 30 years old: 2 tablets per day at bedtime.

* Between 30 & 45 years old: 4 tablets per day for 1 month (or 1 drink per day at bedtime for 10 days), then 2 tablets per day for 4 months.

* Between 45 & 65 years old: 1 drink per day at bedtime for 20 days, then 4 tablets per day for 4 months."
