Beta-alanine is a prematerial of carnosine. The boosting of the carnosine level through supplements is increasingly more popular among well-informed athletes and bodybuilders. Carnosine is found in the skeletal muscles, primarily in type II, fast-twitching muscle fibres.

Take 4 capsules daily (1 capsule every 4 hours with a large glass of water). Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
