BioTechUSA Carbox is a carbohydrate drink powder designed to support energy levels before, during, and after exercise. It contains a blend of five carbohydrate sources—maltodextrin, dextrose, sucrose, fructose, and corn starch—which provide both fast and sustained energy release due to their different absorption rates and glycemic indexes. This combination helps supply the body with a continuous source of carbohydrates during training and supports post-workout recovery by replenishing glycogen stores depleted during intense or prolonged exercise. Carbox can be used on its own or combined with other sports nutrition products, such as creatine before training, amino acids during training, or protein supplements after training. How to use
Recommended use: Mix 1 serving (50 g, equal to 1 heaped scoop or 3 heaped tablespoons) with 300 ml of liquid. For the unflavored Carbox version, you may use any liquid of your choice. Consume 1 serving before and during training or competition.
