Next, rub the bar between your hands or on a washcloth to create a gentle, creamy lather and then massage it onto your wet skin, paying attention to drier areas like elbows and knees. After washing, rinse off all traces of the lather thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel, avoiding vigorous rubbing. For best results, it is recommended to apply a moisturizer immediately after drying to lock in hydration.

The main ingredients in the Oilatum Gentle Cleansing Bar include a soap base of Sodium Palmate and Sodium Palm Kernelate, and the key emollient, Paraffinum Liquidum (mineral oil). It also contains Aqua (water), Glycerin (a humectant), Sodium Chloride (salt), Sodium Hydroxide (lye for pH balance), Tetrasodium EDTA, Etidronic Acid, Trisodium HEDTA (chelating agents), a fragrance (Parfum, Geraniol), and colorants (CI 15985, CI 14720).
