Tilt your head to the side, gently insert the tip into the upper nostril,
and press lightly on the single-dose container. Repeat for the other
nostril, then straighten your head to allow mucus to drain and wipe
away any excess. Avoid blowing your nose forcefully for 10 minutes
after use.
