How to use
NXT Nutrition TNT Nuclear Shot (60 ml) is a concentrated pre-workout supplement intended to be taken approximately 30 minutes before exercise. The suggested serving size is 30 ml (half the bottle), although experienced users may consume the full 60 ml, without exceeding one bottle per day. The product should be shaken well before use. Due to its high beta-alanine content, it may cause a harmless tingling or itching sensation on the skin known as paraesthesia.
