The gluconate compound belongs to organic* bonds and the elemental zinc content is adequate. Chelation is a type of bonding of inorganic zinc with amino acid creating an organic*, bisglycinate complex, which can be easily used by the human body.

Take 1 tablet daily at mealtime with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
