Actifol is formulated to support fertility, help prevent recurrent miscarriages, and promote a healthy pregnancy by supplying the body with the active form of folate, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (Quatrefolic).

Take one tablet daily, ideally before conception, and continue throughout early pregnancy. You may take it with or without food, following your healthcare provider’s guidance
