Its formula combines medical-grade Manuka honey to soothe and promote healing of sore or inflamed skin with cocoa butter to support moisture retention. The cream forms a breathable, quick-drying barrier that helps prevent skin maceration, is suitable for vulnerable, intact, or mildly irritated skin, and contains 99% natural ingredients without fragrance, parabens, or phthalates. It washes out of clothing and bedding without staining cotton, nylon, or polypropylene. Activon is ideal for protecting skin from incontinence, sweat, wound exudate, stoma leakage, adhesives, and friction. **Contraindications:** do not use on infected or open wounds, on areas with known allergies or sensitivities, or on neonates under one year old.

Before application, ensure the skin is clean and dry. Apply a thin, even layer of cream over the area to be protected or where an ostomy pouch, adhesive device, or dressing will be placed, using a pea-sized amount to cover an area about the size of your palm avoiding over-application. Remove any excess with a clean tissue, and once fully dry, apply any ostomy pouch, adhesive device, or dressing as usual. Reapplication is recommended as needed, particularly at each dressing or device change.
