For hand washing: Dilute one 30 ml capful in 4 liters of water. Rinse hands after use.
For machine washing: For a 4 to 5 kg load at 30°C, use 1.5 capfuls (45 ml). To help protect the environment, wash full loads, choose low-temperature cycles, and follow recommended dosages.
