BioTechUSA 100% Pure Whey Chocolate 2000g is a chocolate-flavoured whey concentrate and isolate protein powder with added L-glutamine, BCAAs and bromelain. Each 28g serving provides approximately 21g of protein; a tub contains approximately 71 servings. This is the Chocolate version, not Rich Chocolate.
How to use
Mix 28g powder (approximately 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250ml water in a shaker. On training days, take one serving within 45 minutes after training and another between meals; on rest days, take one serving in the morning and another in the evening. Follow the product label and your nutritional requirements.
