How to use
Mix 30g powder (one scoop or approximately 2 heaped tablespoons) with 300–400ml water in a shaker. On training days, use one serving immediately after training; on rest days, one serving in the afternoon. The manufacturer notes maximal dilution for the lactose-free ready-to-drink claim.
