Indoor Tanning (Sunbed Use):

Apply generously to clean, dry skin within 10 minutes before your tanning session.

Massage evenly, starting from your feet and working upward in circular motions.

Avoid over-application on elbows, knees, and ankles to prevent uneven tanning.

Wash hands thoroughly after application to prevent staining

Outdoor Tanning (Sun Exposure):

Apply sunscreen approximately 20 minutes before sun exposure.

Layer the Cheeky Brown tanning lotion immediately before sun exposure.

Reapply both sunscreen and tanning lotion every two hours, or more frequently if swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
