The formula contains fluoride and herbal ingredients including eucalyptus, myrrh, chamomile, tea tree, and sage. Wet the toothbrush, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, and brush thoroughly for at least 2 minutes. Brush at least twice daily, preferably after meals. Rinse thoroughly after brushing.
