Massage in evenly, ensuring full coverage; wash hands afterward.

Indoor tanning: apply within 10 minutes before session.

Outdoor tanning: apply SPF first, then this accelerator approximately 20 minutes before sun exposure; reapply both every 2 hours or after swimming/sweating
