This product contains glucomannan, a soluble, bulk-forming fiber derived from konjac root (Amorphophallus konjac). It helps support digestive regularity and may contribute to maintaining healthy cholesterol levels already within a normal range. By promoting a feeling of fullness (satiety), it can also be a useful addition to a weight management program when combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise.
