This breast therapy pack can be used for both cold and hot applications. For cold therapy, it helps relieve engorgement, plugged ducts, and mastitis, while hot therapy encourages milk let-down during pumping and can reduce pumping time. The pack is soft and flexible, providing comfortable, 360° relief. Follow the instructions on the pack for heating or cooling, and do not use for more than 20 minutes per session. For use without a pump, place the pack in its soft cover on the breast with the nipple at the center.
