Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily.
With food: Always take it with a meal that contains fat (e.g., olive oil, avocado, dairy), as vitamins D3 and K2 are fat-soluble and absorb better this way.
Timing: Preferably take it at the same time each day for consistency.
Water: Swallow with a glass of water.
