Before using Sinomarin® Hypertonic Mini Spray, clear the nose by blowing it gently, or wipe your child’s nose clean if using it on a baby or young child. Remove the protective cap, hold the bottle upright, and press the pump a few times to activate the spray before first use. For adults and older children, lean forward over a wash basin, tilt your head to one side, gently insert the nozzle into the opposite nostril while keeping it parallel to the nasal septum, and press firmly. Repeat the process in the other nostril after turning your head to the opposite side. Allow the solution to work for a few seconds before blowing your nose. For babies, lay the child on their back with the head turned to one side, gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril, press firmly, then repeat in the other nostril after turning the head to the opposite side. Return the baby to an upright position, allow the solution to work for a few seconds, and gently wipe the nose clean. Repeat the application if necessary. After each use, wash the nozzle thoroughly with warm water and dry it before replacing the protective cap.
