To use the perineal wash bottle, fill it with warm water, securely screw on the cap, and extend the nozzle. While sitting on the toilet, invert the bottle between your legs and aim the tip at the perineal area, gently squeezing the bottle while urinating and repeating as needed to clean the area. After each use, disassemble the bottle and clean it thoroughly with mild soap and warm water, rinse well, and allow it to dry completely before storing; do not boil the bottle.
