Protective Baby Ointment 30 G

Bepanthen® Protective Baby Ointment contains the active ingredient dexpanthenol in a rich, high-fat ointment base. Once applied, dexpanthenol is converted in the skin into pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which supports skin development and regeneration from within. The ointment’s high lipid content forms a gentle protective film on the skin’s surface, helping to shield it from external irritants while preventing moisture loss and keeping the skin soft and protected.

For baby care, apply Bepanthen® Protective Baby Ointment to the infant’s buttocks and genital area after each diaper change, once the skin has been thoroughly cleansed and dried. During the lactation period, apply the ointment to the nipples after each breastfeeding session, and carefully wipe it off completely before the next feeding. For small wounds or to help prevent skin inflammation, apply the ointment to the affected areas one or more times daily as needed.
