Rimmel Thrill Seeker Shimmer Shock Eyeliner

Rimmel Thrill Seeker Shimmer Shock Eyeliner is a multi-chrome gel eyeliner with high-shimmer, colour-shifting pigments that create a light-reflective, prismatic effect. Its ultra-smooth formula glides easily across the lash line, while the sharpenable tip allows precise application. The waterproof, smudge-proof, transfer-proof and fade-proof formula provides up to 24-hour wear, with colour that shifts beautifully depending on the angle of light. The formula is vegan and Rimmel products are approved cruelty-free under the Leaping Bunny Programme.

Sharpen the pencil and gently apply along the lash line or on the upper or lower eyelid. Blend with your fingertips for a softer, smudged effect. Finish with your preferred mascara.
