Urgo Filmogel Cold Sore

URGO Filmogel® Bouton de fièvre is designed to protect and treat cold sore (herpes labialis) lesions and symptoms. It should be used from the first signs until the cold sore has completely healed. It comes in a 3 ml bottle and is suitable for children (from 6 years), adolescents, and adults. This discreet, protective film works at all stages of a cold sore, helping to prevent contamination and support healing. It also helps relieve tingling, itching, and burning sensations while reducing the development of blisters and crusts.

For children under 16, the product must be applied by an adult. Using the disposable applicator, apply a thin layer directly onto the cold sore; a brief tingling or burning sensation may occur upon application. Allow it to dry for about 1 to 2 minutes, depending on the amount used, until a transparent film forms over the lesion. Reapply 2 to 4 times per day as needed, once the film is no longer covering the sore, and continue treatment until complete healing. This Filmogel® can be used at the first signs (tingling, itching, burning) to help limit the development of the cold sore. It is designed for practical, safe, and hygienic use.
